terrible dr. ordered med, then refused to take time to give info for insurance approval to them. also, waiTED over a week to tell me he would not authorize the prescription that he had sent to the pharmacy. No discussion or help- no explanation or offer for any help with the chronic problem. Had to wait at least one day, Friday, because his aid was absent. Then office said - just go see someone else. called Monday morning, after giving no answer all week. I think he does not want to take care of old person 70+ on Medicare. He had already seen me 2 times, with order to pharmacy for med, but he refused to give auth to insurance. His office has also taken excessive time in past to schedule radiology appointments. They always say they have to get insurance approval, then I have to wait a week or more. BUT- NO prior approval is required for medicare-but they refuse to listen to the explanation. Also, I have hearing and inner ear problems. No hearing test for several years. He has audiology and hearing service in his office, but never ordered that for me either. Will never return to him. The only advice he gave me to help, he refused to take the time to authorize with my supplemental pharmacy insurance. I am incensed that a MD is so terrible that he will call in an order for med, then refuse to communicate with my insurance so I can get it. And make me wait a week to tell me this. I think, I am out here causing time for his office. He already got paid. Now he is busy doing things he likes better and can make more money, including plastic surgery and botox injections. The office told me that they do not care what happens to me. Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Gilmore. I hope U get as good medical care as you give when U need it! A TERRIBLY UNHAPPY FORMER PATIENT

Be aware ! The financial coordinator does not have enough knowledge how to calculate the patient copay; beside charging you for the deductible at the time of visit and your insurance as well, you will be surprised 2 months later when you confront with another bill!
