I was experiencing asthma problems in January of 2009. I was new to the area and did not know anyone who can recommend a doctor. I went to the hospital after an asthma attack and they gave me a paper a doctor referrels. I chose him because he was available,close,and had a reasonable first visit fee. I see now you get what you pay for. He was extremely rude. He didn't even examine me all he did was listen to my chest. He cut me off and wouldn't listen to me. He was in my room for literally three minutes and then stormed out. He talked down to me and was trying to get me to take several tests.He told me his time is money and he can't answer my questions. I told the unfriendly woman in front that I would need a payment plan and she said they don't do that. Even though fifteen minutes before I signed a paper that said they do payment plans for costs $200.00 and up. This was a complete waste of my $85.00.

I WAS A PATIENT AT PPC DR. Dr. Osei-Bonsu, AND I CALLED THEIR OFFICE SO I COULD PICK UP MY MEDICINE AND REFERRAL FOR A SPECIALIST AND I ASKED FOR HIS NURSE. SHE CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO COME IN AND PICK IT UP. SO I GO TO THEIR OFFICE TO PICK IT UP, AND THE FRONT MANAGER SAID THEY DID NOT GIVE HIM MY MESSAGE. SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HIM BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE AN APPT. HIS OFFICE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PAY $90 DOLLARS TO TALK TO HIM. I PAID THE $90. THEN THE OFFICE MANAGER TALK TO HIM AND TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED AND THEN SHE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CHECK MY CHART AND GET BACK TO ME. I ASKED THE OFFICE MANAGER IF I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR COMING IN, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT PICK ANYTHING UP AND SHE SAID YES AND KEPT MY $90 AND SHE CALLED THAT A VISIT. AM I STUPID OR DID THEY RIP ME OFF.

This doctor was extremely rude and obviously ****. He insulted many of the staff in his office and spoke down to me. He was unable to anwser any of my questions about a condition he diagnosed me with and ended up prescribing me an antibiotic I told him I was allergic to. I have now changed internists and was properly diagnosed.
