Beware: This doctor has the "God complex". He was irritated by questions we had for my Mom's surgery, it was a burden for him to answer our questions. - Moreover, my Mom was seeing him for years about pain when she walks. I finally came to her appointment & this doctor said it's her back that's the problem. Why did it take years for him to finally tell her that? He's a hip surgeon!!! -

I was beyond disappointed in the “care” my elderly mother received from Dr. Rosenfield. My mother has osteoarthritis that evolved into a large and debilitating Bakers cyst. Last week she developed severe pain, swelling and discoloration in her calf and could hardly walk. After ruling out DVT at the ER, we were told to follow up with her doctor. Before even examining her and asking questions, he dismissed our concerns of a hematoma and underlying causes of her Bakers cyst and stated there was “nothing he could do for her” with absolutely no empathy. After asking questions about possible options, he became rude and sarcastic and said he would “refer her to a better doctor” and “I’m not a good doctor”. I was in disbelief that a doctor would be that unprofessional and unwilling to help his patient.
