Biography
Dr. Patcharee Sriswasdi, MD, MPH, is an associate in Perioperative Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and an instructor of anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School. Board certified in both anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology, she specializes in pediatric perioperative anesthesia, neonatal anesthesia, anesthesia outcomes research, and patient safety for infants and children undergoing complex surgical procedures. Dr. Sriswasdi earned her medical degree from Mahidol University School of Medicine in Thailand and completed anesthesia residency training at Siriraj Hospital before pursuing additional residency and fellowship training in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology in the United States, including at Boston Children’s Hospital. She also earned a Master of Public Health degree in Clinical Effectiveness from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In addition to her clinical care, she has contributed to research focused on pediatric sedation assessment, perioperative outcomes, pharmacogenomics, and quality improvement in pediatric anesthesia.
