Great Dentist. Dr. Kranes is attentive to detail and is a real professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been using Dr. Kranes for 10+ years. Have had 2 crowns in the past 4 years (failed fillings after 30+ yrs). He is friendly, accessible and highly competent. I would (and have) recommended himm highly.

The office is not clean. The doctor doesn't have personal hygeine. Avoid at all cost. Needed another dentist to fix all his mistakes.

Dr. Kranes is the best. He is very nice and puts you at ease. The staff are also great!

Lloyd C Kranes is arrogant, unprofessional and has no concern for patient well-being. His assistant is rude and down-right unfriendly. Kranes refused to treat me today saying that he did not have time, despite the fact that I informed his receptionist I would require work done when I made my appointment. I am in considerable pain from a chipped tooth which I mentioned when arranging my appointment, but Kranes' staff were unprepared for me and surprised that I expected more than a "check up." After sitting in the waiting room for over 20minutes without ever being acknowledged, his abrasive assistant reminded Kranes he had a personal lunch appointment, he spent approximately 30seconds looking at my teeth and told me to come back next week. I informed him I was in a lot of pain and I had booked this appointment so he could address the cause of my pain. His answer was, "that's not how it works." I feel abused, mistreated, disrespected and neglected. A terrible experience.
