Stern is great, staff is rude. Don't let the staff deter you from him. Instead complain to the doctor about his rude staff member.

Dr. Stern was thorough, efficient, and very reassuring. I would trust him completely without any reservation. I would recommend his to everyone.

Dr. Stern has a great bedside manner, however, my visit was really rushed (barely 5 min.), and I felt that all of my questions weren't answered. (I still don't know how a got this mark on my skin, what it is, & will it ever heal completely.) He just gave me a cortisone shot & sent me on my way. I would choose a different Dr. next time.

Very nice doctor, friendly, patient, quick wait time. I go every year for skin cancer/mole screenings and am satisfied with this doctor.

I've been to many derms but this one actually took the time to explain my condition to me. He was unhurried, reassuring, and careful to make sure I understood the problem and the treatment. He also called me at home and on my cell phone to give me lab results. He's a very thorough doctor -- and a real departure from today's hurried, indifferent practitioners.

Office visit is very quick but the doctor is very knowledgeable and carrying, very helpful. This is the best dermatologist I ever went to. Always solves my skin problems. I would recommend this doctor to everybody.

Nice enough doctor, has good sense of humor, but I felt my appointment was very rushed and I didn't leave the office visit feeling satisfied that my concerns were truly met.
