Dr Rossi recommended a biopsy that 3 other doctors did not, suggesting she is conservative. She also took approximately 40 mammogram films for diagnostic and biopsy procedure, exposing me to significant radiation. She was not empathic or understanding regarding the stress I experienced. Her staff and colleagues were great but I cannot recommend Caldwell Breast Center at Lutheran General until she is gone or has serious training on taking care of the whole patient.
