Biography

Congress of Oral Implantology, Fellow American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Associate Fellow Oregon AAID Maxicourse, MentorInternational Dr Hodgert is dedicated to lifetime learning, optimal health and excellence. He is one of Bend's most experienced restorative dentists. Dr Hodgert is a science-based pioneer, advocating whole-person, wellness-focused, gentle, durable, beautiful, and functional dentistry. Dr. Hodgert has been working with dental implants since 1974. He started mentoring for the one of pioneers of dental implants, Oregon Implant Research Seminars. He continued his involvement with mentoring and teaching as dental implants evolved. Having been actively involved for many years with Gnathology Northwest, Dr. Hodgert was asked to assist in facilitating the Oregon's AAID Maxicoures. Dr. Hodgert has continued to remain actively involved with Oregon's AAID Maxicourses for over a decade. He brings his knowledge and understanding of implants to other dentists around the Pacific Northwest. He is an Associate Fellow at the AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry), a Fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantology and has extensive training in complex reconstruction cases. Dr Hodgert has practiced without mercury for over 30 years, and uses fluoride minutely with specificity. He is deeply trained and has practiced in complex rejuvenation, aesthetics and healthy dentistry. He promises his patients the absolute best. Dr Hodgert has five children and lives on a 50-acre tree farm high on Tumalo Creek. He competes regularly in Central Oregon athletic events, is active in civic projects, and remains an active advocate for Bend's quality of life.
