Dr. Rosa is a very bright and interested physician. As an analyst he connects the material. His relationship is with the patient not the "client". He is always on time and certainly gives you every minute of the 50 minute hour. Highly recommend especially for analysis.

There is no staff to help. He is in the white house, so staff are there but they do not work for him and don't help you. He does start on time. That's one nice thing I can say. He is apparently smart because he has his wall covered in dozens of degrees from big named places, but he didn't seem to have any knowledge of what it is like to be an average, struggling American. He was clearly born with a silver spoon in his mouth and just does not get it. He was not helpful and ends sessions abruptly. I tried to work with him, as someone else kept encouraging me to, but I found him to be conceited, overly academic (lacking in real world experience), and just plain rude at times. I found another therapist after a couple of months and was much happier with her. She actually cares. You can get meds elsewhere and he holds onto that script pad tightly. He would rather see you suffer than give you meds that would help. He wants it done his way. Like I said, academic and clearly never struggled. Typical psychiatrist.

Dr. Rosa is a great psychiatrist. He really understands and cares. He is very good at what he does.
