Dr. Barzilai is my favorite dermatolgist, and I've seen many. He is nice, easy to talk to, and you can tell he like what he does. I have seen him for years, and highly recommend him to everyone.

My 6 most. Followup to check previous biopsies. His nurse and himself went thru my visit so that I don't believe my visit was complete. He did freeze an area that I never had trouble with. I did even get to answer his questions before he was o to another question. His nurse was the same. I referred my husband to him and he was next. He was not happy with his experience. We are leaving New England Dermatology.

I came to Dr. Barzilai with 2 issues: shingles and the sores. First, Dr. Barzilai made his 2 sec examination with 2 other employees, one of them was not even a medical professional (maybe, clerical). I was not asked for permission to other people room. Second, being a dermatologist, Dr. Barzilai indicated that he did not have an experience with skin on private part and advised to see an urologist. I believe that he was a medical doctor (MD) and got training human skin issues. Such attitude is not acceptable. Third, the follow appointment he scheduled in 6 month - for shingles (!). I doubted that he was trained that shingles could last 6 months. What is it: incompetence or humiliation?

Useless visit. Dr Barzilai dismissed all my concerns, did acursory exam and scurried out the door.

Terrible dr. Incompetent. MIS diagnosed. GO ELSEWHERE and fast!

NOT recommended. NOT knowledgeable. Bad guesser at best. Go elsewhere!

This doctor was recommended by a friend for my father. I wanted a few spots looked at and Dr. Barzilai was able to address them. My dad only needed one biopsy and thankfully he is going to get quick treatment. I appreciated his knowledge and I felt he was sincere in his concern for my dad. My only issue was having trouble reaching his office on the phone when I had follow up questions (I was sent to the wrong office a few times).

Dr. Barzilai was terribly unprofessional with poor bedside manner. He laughed off my very serious concerns, completely ignored my questions, and left within five minutes. Unhelpful and rude.

Dr. Barzilai was very nice, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my procedure. He was quick and efficient - I was done in no time! Most important, he did a fine job, because I healed quickly and without scarring! I would definitely go to him again.
