Very frustrating experience with this outfit! I made an appointment for a simple eye exam with their optometrist weeks in advance given how busy they were. On the day of my appointment (a beautiful day weather wise), it turns out the optometrist comes up with food poisoning (felt very dubious to me at the time). This place has two optometrists on staff and could not get the other one to cover for the one that had food poisoning that day. I was left a VM in the morning with the optometrist's food poisoning news urging me to reschedule. I called back to reschedule a few times over the next day or two before finally getting to talk to a live person, the office scheduler that day (Sat), who proceeds to put me on hold. After holding, I tell her I need to reschedule due to their optometrist getting food poisoning and she laughs at me and proceeds to put me on hold again. I hung up after that and decided to cut my losses with this place. I'm only going to these people for convenience because Costco has nice frames. But, believe me, it's not worth the effort to deal with these people. I truly got the feeling that they don't care one bit about their clients.
