They convinced me that I would get the best price by contracting for 24 visits. I specifically asked if I would get a refund for any unused visits should I stop care before the visits were used. I was told very clearly "yes. we will issue a refund for any unused visits." After 20, of the 24 visits, I realized that I was not getting any better so I stopped treatment. I asked about a refund for the unused 4 visits. It took about a month, and multiple messages to the office, to get the response that they wouldn't issue a refund because when I didn't use the final 4 visits the charges for the previous visits reverted back to the higher non-contract office visit charge. This left no money left to refund. How convenient.... There are plenty of good chiropractors in the area. I recommend that you find one of them and steer clear of this office.
