my husband and I have been going to Dr. Roberts for 14 years. his staff is lovely. he is extremely conscientious, kind and thorough. he just found a tiny retinal problem on a routine annual exam due to his up to date equipment and careful exam. my husband needed immediate surgery to prevent a retinal tear. I'm happy because dr. Roberts helps me get correct prescriptions for my glasses, which many doctors seem too rushed to get right.

Dr. Robert's staff is rude, inept and officious. I was so disturbed by the treatment we received that I spoke with Dr. Robert's office manager and, instead of apologizing to us, she defended her staff. We are still trying to receive the contact lens prescription (3 visits and still no prescription). I will never go there again.
