Waiting room smells like dog pee, couch in office always covered in dog hair so your pants are covered in dog hair when you leave, he forgets everything, asks the exact same questions each appointment, never has any important enough questions or conversations with you to dig for answers to why you're there, I don't think he really knew why I was there (how do you fix it then?), seems like he doesn't care, and he constantly checks his watch/the clock each appointment so you feel like he can't wait for you to leave. What a complete waste of time and money that I don't have. I found more help through reading books and researching online.

Dr Shearer is forgetful at times addressing me and my mom by different names. He has cancelled appts with less than 24 hr notice. I found internet info that was more helpful than treatment sessions received.
