In 2018, Dr. Jansen recommended me to get custom insoles for my feet because of my bunions. I paid in full without using my insurance and until now 2024, I have not received them. I called his office repeatedly but no call back. I could have taken that $1600 and went to Vegas. No refund, no call back, no explanation. I just stuck a match to my hard earned money. I rate his service an F+

I am utterly disgusted with his work. I have had 3 ingrown nail removal surgeries and because of them I got a bone infection in which I had a PICC line in for 6 weeks. He sounded like he had absolutely no idea on how to treat my situation and never even bothered to care. Definitely would not recommend him to ANYONE not even my worst enemy. Poor doctor, poor service. Definitely not giving him another penny for horrible service. You wait for almost 15 mins and you're seen for less than 5. And there are hardly any patients so I don't understand why I have to wait for 15 mins? If you can, choose another podiatrist because he isn't worth the time, money, or energy.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jansyn. He preformed hammer toe on a total of six toes. I am pleased with the results.
