Did not have contact with Jones until a massage therapy billing dispute. I went from 2 massages per month to one. I was paying at the end of the month. When I went to one massage per month he quickly billed me again at the beginning of the next month. This added another visit. Office was also having problems keeping massage therapists and keeping track of appointments.
