DR. PENALOSA IS A VERY NICE PATIENT DOCTOR. HE TAKES ALOT OF TIME WITH HIS PATIENT'S, BUT HIS OFFICE IS SOMEWHAT MESSEY AND STAFF IS LACKING PROFESSIONALISM. HE HAS TOO MANY FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING FOR HIM. HE NEEDS SOME STAFF MEMBERS OTHER THAN PHILLIPINO
