The only reason I am giving Dr. Hopkins a "5 Star" rating is because there are only 5 stars available, and I would have rated her staff and her services much higher if possible. I first met Dr. Hopkins during a check-up for two of my granddaughters and was impressed in the manner she conducted their eye exams and the follow up treatment she prescribed for them. On the next visit I asked if she was taking more patients and was able to get my own appointment, and as a senior adult with diabetes my eye exams are very important. The care and attention she gives to her patients is very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend her as a Physician to young and old individuals who are looking for a very good Optometrist.

Dr. Hopkins and her staff refused to see my daughter within the 15 minute grace period of her appointment time. We have used her for years and been satisfied. That particular day she just wanted to leave the office early. She lost two patients that day, and we will spread the word about the clinics inability to understand our situation. I had checked my daughter out of school early, traveled 45 minutes, and wasn't able to see a physician that we had waited months to see. She typically only does the eye exam and it's breif. Her tech's do the glasses/contact fittings. And, you have to pay for each separately. You would be better off to find another clinic. SO disappointed!

Dr. Hopkins and her staff are very professional and friendly. I was scheduled an appointment within a few days of calling. The wait time was average for a doctor's office. Dr. Hopkins explained everything she did and gave the reasons for doing it. She made me feel very comfortable. I will see her again for my next eye exam and refer family and friends.
