My child had a severe illness that this Dr was unable to diagnose. He mentioned autoimmune & possible other issues, even alluding to blood disorders & cancer. He requested multiple rounds of blood work &when we called for results he forgot who our child was & that he was male. He then gave us the poor results & notified us that we should test again in a couple of wks. In the mean time we had our 2nd chld, who arrv'd early. DR FISCHER was to have scheduled the next round of testing for our 1st, & as we hadnt heard anything we asked about it in our infants appt. He did not remember & asked if he had gotten the results from the last panel back?! He didnt even recall the last round of tests! Then he proceeded to inform us that our baby was jaundiced, but instead of suggesting photo light therapy, he asked me to stop nursing for 24 hrs & berated me for not doing so when we questioned his rational. Once our infant recved the light therapy he was fine & we decided to leave this practice.
