DO NOT trust him with regard to price if he asks if you want a nerve block. He asked me prior to surgery if I wanted one and I explained it was not part of the estimates I received and didn't want it if I didn't know how much it would be as I am self pay. He said he would find out. He came back and said about $250 dollars, I actually received 2 bills, one for $390 AND one for $2027. $2417 is far different than $250.
