I have been seeing Dr. Cavazos for a couple of years now to manage my thyroid levels. I have been going downhill since following her advice. She is basing my care exclusively on my age (74) and disregarding my lab work and how I feel. She has taken me from a healthy TSH level between 1.0 -2.0, to a yoyo of TSH between 10.35 and 0.19. My thyroid was removed 10 years ago and have had no problems with dosing until she decided to fix something that wasn't broken. I've been struggling for 6 months now just to get back to where I can feel good again. Needless to say, she is no longer my doctor!
