They repeatedly reschedule appointments, sometimes not telling you, which makes it impossible sometimes not to miss. They \"forget\" to call and inform you. Then when you do show up they blame it on each other or you, depending on who is working at that time. Even if their waiting room is empty, they will say they are too busy to see your child unless it has been scheduled way ahead of time. I have been told three times during the day time when their waiting room was empty to take my child to the er. She is pregnant and so is the only other physician in the office. This is repeatedly used as an excuse.
