DR Fischer does spend a good amount time with his patients but being female with many disorders, separated ball socket separated for years due to Maine's incompetent MD's and my medical records stating incorrect diagnosis, he basically did nothing for me and even claimed that I diagnosed myself with MGUS!! which if he read my medical records he would of seen I had the diagnosis for few years, I also had a Dx of "Livedo Reticules" which was Dx in ME by a "GOOGLE SEARCH" and I asked that a skin biopsy be done which was dismissed by him and I was in so much pain on my RUE with white pasty face and worsening discoloration of mottled skin widespread, he instead sent me to a shrink which was the 2nd time a primary care doctor in FL did to me rather than address visible symptoms, I went to the shrink and he said " you are not Hypochrondiac, your medical doctors are not listening to you as you have real medial issues that need to be addressed" I want to also add due to my decline in health and nothing being done I told Dr Fischer " My quality of life is worsening to the point I do not want to live but do not believe in suicide due to my Catholic beliefs" while he was in the room his MA said to me " You can go to Oregon and they do assisted suicide" He said nothing , nor did he reprimand her for her medical opinion which she has no legal rights to do esp offering suicide over medical testing! I saw Dr Mery Lossata a Palliative c are Hospice doctor who had real concerns over the delivery of my health care and when she found out nothing was being done to get to a diagnosis she said "FIND ANOTHER PRIMARY CARE BECAUSE THIS IS INEXCUSABLE" His MA should not be allowed to around sick patients and he should give up his license due to his dismissal of concern able medical issues that he would not test. I ended up seeing a Dermatologist for a 9 yr solitary scalp lesion that ulcerated became necrotic and was Dx as SCC but sadly within a month it returned along the suture line , i am also being seen by Mayo Clinic Oncologist which MGUS,anemia, skin changes were all confirmed again!!also my level of protein in my urine was well over 490 and I had been having blood in my urine but again Dr Fischer said " we did a UA on you 3 months ago and it was normal" then his MA spoke up and said "Maybe you need to drink more water" I became so low mentally thinking no doctor will be able to help me as my records were incorrect stating "heart disease. Migraines itccc.. which is not true and confirmed it with a cardiac workup which indicated I had no heart disease and I did have Cluster H/A in my late 30's that are vascular in nature and the the most severe type of headache which has left my L side face with a little droop due to the repeated eyelid drop and runny nose and flushing all on the L side and this was confirmed by a world renowned Cluster HA specialist in NY at the Monterfore center. I also reported my Maine provider Dr Gott for even worse neglect but could not attend the hearing due to being so ill and being in FL at the time but I was told he confided he confided with Dr Fischer via phone. I was a RN at one time and never would I allow a patient to be treated in a manner I was treated and I was lucky to have my concerns validated by 2 caring doctors Dr. Mery Lossata and Dr McDonough. Cathy Anderson

I arrived at my appointment on time and was assigned a waiting room promptly, Dr. Fischer entered the room 45 minutes later. I mentioned that I waited a long time, however, Dr. Fischer was unapologetic and stated he was reviewing my chart. He defamed my previous doctor and from the very beginning was facetious and standoffish. He doesn't have the qualities of a good doctor. He was disrespectful and pompous, to say the least. I am currently searching for a new doctor for my family and myself.
