The tingling in fingers and toes has decreased dramatically. Almost zero in fingers. And so rare now in toes that I forget it ever happend. And much less brain fog. I was really getting sick. Now I'm much, much better. I followed the recommended protocol on what foods were best for me, and what foods to avoid almost 99% of the time. I think this helped quite a bit. Cant' recommend Dr Herman highly enough!
