I had a root canal done! Which is never a fun thing! But Tom and his assistant made it a pleasurable experience! enough freezing and I didn’t feel any pain at all! Tom and his assistant( I can’t remember her name) were great! Both friendly, funny and charming! They actually made me laugh on and on though out the appt! The small talk between them, which they tried to include me into too( kinda hard to answer back with your mouth open) lol lol! And let me know what they were doing and kept checking on me to see if I was doing ok throughout! Absolutely by far the best dental appts( I had 2 there) that I’ve ever had! Thanks guys!!😊😊😊😊

Was not on time. Over charged for what i had done. not impressed with staff.

I went in to see Dr. Shackleton after experiencing jaw pain due to grinding. Dr. Shackleton performed a very thorough examination of my jaw to assess damage. He was very patient and provided a step by step description of what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end, he walked through the theories behind teeth grinding and provided honest and practical solution to mitigate damage to my teeth. He also provided recommendations to clinics I should seek should I ever have an emergency due to teeth grinding. Overall, I came out of my appointment with Dr. Shackleton more educated and aware.

Dr. Shackleton is very proficient at his craft. My root canal procedure went extremely smoothly, and not only is he very kind and caring, but also extremely personable and funny! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for a root canal. Regarding fees, my dentist said that the fees for a root canal procedure are based on the number of canals, and what Dr. Shackleton charged is definitely not more expensive than an equivalent procedure by an endodontist.

Dr. Shackleton undoubtedly has the kindest bedside manner of any health care professional I have encountered. Caring, knowledgeable, thorough and proficient are but a few of his outstanding characteristics. Highly recommended for any concerns one has with TMJ disorders.

For some reason charges $400 more than a top Endodontist for root canals even though just a general dentist. Needs to upgrade X-ray machine to newer technology

My experience at Dr. Shackleton's office was outstanding. His knowledge, skill and friendly manner all contributed greatly to my feeling relaxed and well cared for. He explained clearly and compassionately what was going on with my teeth, and offered his professional opinion and my options without pressure. I had a significant amount of work done in one sitting and quite literally felt no pain whatsoever, and post treatment healing was smooth and uneventful. He and his assistant both remained totally present and supportive through the whole procedure, helping me to feel that they genuinely cared about how I was doing and the health of my teeth. I would recommend Dr Shackleton and his office without hesitation.
