I went to this dermatologist because I was concerned about a patch of skin on my shoulder. She basically made me feel like I was a fool to see a doctor about it and said it was nothing. I wasn't convinced and went to a second dermatologist who said it was classic skin cancer. I was biopsied that day and sure enough it was basal cell carcinoma.

Dr. Bernardino gave my daughter medication for an embarassing skin condition after a previous dermatologist told her there was absolutely nothing that could be done. My daughter always tells people, "My dermatologist changed my life!"
