Dr. Ciufalo and her staff are rude and hostile. Follow-up is non-existent and wait time is long. Very bad experience with her office. Highly disappointed and would definitely not recommend.

Not very caring pediatrician. Doctor was difficult when asked to explain diagnosis. Staff not helpful.

Dr. Ciufalo is excellent. After she left another practice to start her own and I moved I drove an extra 30 min to continue to go to her. She is fantastic with my daughter. Very mothering. She always addresses my concerns. She always returns calls herself and I've always been told to call if I have questions or concerns no matter what time it is. Love her. Couldn't imagine taking my daughter to anyone else.

I called to schedule an my child's 1st visit with her. Her receptionist was VERY rude when I asked if I could meet with the doctor before she met my child. He had a complicated medical history and I wanted to make sure she was aware and comfotable treating him. I was told that its not the way the office runs and that if I was a parent uncomfortable with vaccinces...this was not the office for me. YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!!!!! Too bad since the doctor came highly recommended.

Dr. Ciufalo is an amazing doctor. She speaks to my children as people who matter. She spends time with me and my children to hear what's been going on and then explains to us in clear words what we need to do. She follows up to make sure things are going well. I can make a sick appointment the same day and the staff is very helpful and nice. They go above and beyond to help with what my children and I need. My son loves her as well as my girls. You can tell she loves what she does.
