He irrigated my ears to remove cerumen, never warning me of well-documented risks associated with the procedure. I experienced severe tinnitus and dulling of hearing in my right ear. The tinnitus was so bad it was keeping me awake all night, threatening my ability to work, driving me mad; his response to the situation was dismissive, disengaged, and condescending. Didn't talk with me or provide any helpful feedback, didn't try (or was unable) to appreciate the severity of my symptoms or distress. Had to prod him for what little help he gave. Years later, still have tinnitus and still don't hear the same out of right ear. Two other doctors told me that the irrigation may have been done too hard. I wouldn't go back to this guy to have my toenails clipped.
