I called to make an appointment, & found out that Dr. Maikon is retired! I and my feet, will miss him!

About 15 years ago, Dr. Maikon provided me with inserts to relieve pain of heel spurs. The orthodics worked great for 13 years and are still in excellent shape!! In 2011, I went back to Dr. Maikon because my feet were bothering me. I had a couple new spurs and he recommended new orthodics. The ones he sold me, only 2 years ago, have already started to show signs of the top pad separating from the bottom form. The quality of this last pair doesn't seem as good. On another note, it seems their credit card handling process is rather antiquated. I didn't see a card scanner and they keep the card numbers in their file for who-knows-how-long. I objected to having my card number kept that way due to so much identity theft, but they refused to remove it.

Ususally punctual except one time when I waited an hour an a half--he had some sort of emergency wiht another patient. There were some difficulties with my surgery and he was very knowledgable aobut how ot deal with that.

This Dr messed up on my husbands first surgery and a second surgery was needed. Now my husband has chronic pain and has to walk with a cane just to get around.

I consulted with Dr Tanner beginning late May 2009 - very unhappy with him. On 6-1 I knew I had lost my prescription pills. I called twice that week asking for a call back to get a refill. No one ever called me back - did they not care? I called a third time today (6-11) and again the staff said they would give Dr Tanner my message. What a way to treat a new patient. I will be looking for a new foot doctor.

I disagree with the other two. Yes, he is courteus but, seems to have his own agenda. I would prefer he listen All facts first. Before giving his Opinion.

Very knowledgable, very nice - great sense of humor, nice office staff - I would agree with the other rating that he is a keeper!

This doctor is very knowledgeable,professional and curtious to his patients. He will take the time to answer all your cares and concerns. His helfulness and approachability is beyond compare. He's a keeper.
