It's all about money, nothing else.I don't speak about punctuality or courtesy or professionalism. There are no such things. Double and triple charge you for the same procedures, the doctor talks to you in a rush for 5 minutes and can't wait to get rid of you, if you ask questions, gets visibly annoyed hinting that other people have to wait because of you(this is ridiculous, after waiting for 3 hours, not be able to talk about your baby and pregnancy concerns in general for even 5 minutes). Be also ready to get "happily" surprised when you receive your receipts from your insurance company, you will realize that those 5 min. she spent with you so reluctantly were one of the most expensive in your life !!! WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND THESE FAR FROM MEDICINE OR HUMANITY PEOPLE TO ANYBODY. ANY OTHER DOCTOR, ANY CAN BE BETTER, BECAUSE THERE SIMPLY CAN'T BE WORSE...

Horrendous wait times(1.5 hours+). Even in between doctors. She did not tell unless you ask(or will tell you last minute), that Dr. Khoury (husband) will deliver your baby at the hospital, and not her(very unprofessional). So no difference if its him or any other on call doctor to deliver because shes not the one doing it. Knowledge is decent, but have nothing to compare to. As for the cosmetic/botox/etc stuff..seems strange to be in an OBGYN office.

Amazing doctor!!! Yes the wait is long, but so worth it. I hate going to gynecologist (as I'm sure many do)however, she was amazing, knowledgeble, and well worth the wait. I am so glad that I finally found a good doctor. Highly recomend.

Great doctor.,staff is very nice - all the time.. For people who are complaining about them- you probably rude and obnoxious yourself. You get what you deserve. If you treat them like sh*t you deserve the same thing. Irene is very knowledgeable and i am very happy w/ her. I referred her all my friends. As far as wait- yes it can better. But i never waited longer than hour and a half.And beside i dont sit around, i usually ask whats the wait and go for a walk- she's right by the boardwalk.

She is very smart and professional.But as we all know money is the power.She makes good money and when that happens, people care less.

She is nice, staff was nice too. But her husband took over my pregnancy. Responded right away when I had an emergency. The waiting time is really terrible and they really should take care of it.

I went to this doctor after seeing the positive reviews on here. Personally, I was not impressed. The wait is about 2 hours long. I'm not sure why they bother with appointments. Also, you see the doctor for about 5 minutes total. Lastly, patients are bombarded with videos and literature about cosmetic procedures while in the waiting room. I don't feel any reputable medical institution should be hocking plastic surgery. While the Dr. herself is pleasant, the rest of the factors make it not worthwhile.

Dr. Kakossian is an excellent doctor and has great bedside manner. The only drawback is that the wait is unbelievably long. I'm talking about at least 2 hours or longer every time that I've gone to her (and I've been going to her for about 5-6 years now).

People, be aware.The staff is very rude, unprofessional, mean and careless.In particular, her medical assistant Raya is very rude. She would show you her full range of emotions.From not noticing you existence at all to very high annoyance.The staff is overloaded with the work they do and with endless hours they work for.I understand that,but I believe no one would like the annoyance and ruddness directed toward pregnant women and experincing stress after each visit to this office.Think about it,you are not probably regular patient to do acheck up,but a pregnant women who want not much,but proffesional help along with politeness.At the first second you stepped in they want to bill you insurance company and you should' t bother them anymore.If there is some problem don't expect a call.If you want the staff do do something on your behalf, forget about it.If you want care,proffesional help along with politeness and understanding,then you should consider another office and another doctor.

I could never thank you enough for the care and love you provided me. I know in my heart I would not have my little girl if it weren't for you. You are the definition on what separates good Doctors from great Doctors. I will be forever grateful!
