After being diagnosed with a sweating disease in 2004 Dr. Hensley refuses to refill my prescriptions over the phone instead he needs me to go in to waste an hour in the waiting room, 30 minutes in the exam room waiting for Dr. Hensley to come in to write his prescription & leave only to charge me another $80 for an office visit. First of all he has never examined me for this disease, so why would he need to see me every time I need a refill when there is not even an exam involved?

I went to Dr Mullanax and after 1 hour of waiting, I went and asked what the problem was. I was told to just wait. I found out that the Dr had booked 4 of us for the same time, so he didnt' have any down time. I mentioned it to him when I finally got in to see him. He blew me off like I was doing him a favor. I won't see this arrogant Dr again. NOPE he isn't worth it.

Mullanax Dermatology is a clinic I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to. The staff are very unprofessional, they mismanaged medical information, scheduled meetings on the wrong days, and mis-informed me of important medical information. Reconsider going to this clinic

It seemed like no one could figure out what my issue was. I was feeling bad again after each attempt until I went to Dr. Mullanax. He seemed very familiar with how to treat me. I have felt much better for a while now and think you would be better off to get to have a doctor like him for any skin issues you have.
