Dr. Albert Carlotti is beyond exceptional. His expertise and knowledge really set him apart. I was thrilled beyond high expectations with a more-than-satisfactory result. I would highly recommend Dr. Albert to anyone looking to enhance their appearance and confidence. His ability to listen and understand how to create a desirable look with one's personal preferences in mind, whether it be a subtle or major, really made the difference. If you want to be better off after a surgery, avoid Dr. Albert Carlotti. He doesn't listen well, doing what he wants and not what the patient wants. Unfortunately you don't find that out until after a surgery. Not only was I surprised post surgery how far we were off on what I wanted, there was a problem that led to a 2nd surgery by Dr. Carlotti. Then an error in the 2nd second surgery that required I have a 3rd surgery. Although, Dr. Carlotti did offer to fix his error at no cost, there is no way I would trust him to perform any other procedure. That error was confirmed as surgeon error in my evaluations with multiple other surgeons prior to surgery #3. I cannot express how much I wish that someone had given me this insight prior to my agreeing to work with Dr. Albert. I would be much better off and not be living with some permanent impact of so many surgeries.

I spent over 15k and after nearly six months of waiting for things to "settle" like the doctor told me to, the problems I addressed weeks after surgery are still there. My breasts were not properly lifted and one side doesn't match the other. My scars are deep red and look terrible. Do not trust these people!

You couldn't be in better hands with Dr. Michelle Carlotti and her husband. I had bi-lateral cheek implants done and the whole process exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to everyone.

After 2 consultations I chose a different surgeon for breast lift & tummy tuck. They spoke knowledgeably, but I researched and found that they are NOT BOARD CERTIFIED for plastic surgery....which means 5 years of specialized training & a standard that needs to be met. Because they aren't certified they are not licensed to do their plastic surgery in a hospital. They have a "Fellowship" with some medical board, but that really doesn't mean much. No one's been able to tell me where they got their plastic's training. I asked them & they just kept telling me how many they've performed....got nowhere with my question so I quit asking then and went elsewhere. Please do your research!!!

I would recommend Dr. Carlotti and his wife to anyone. He is very patient and he has a great staff. I am very pleased with the work he did. I had a 4 d Face lift and resurfacing. They explained everything and detail and there were no surprises. I will always use this facility for any further work I may have in the future.

I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Carbert-Carlotti. My daughter Megan is a professional model. When Megan fell and injured her face, it was important her face not be scared by the trauma. Before selecting Dr. Carbert-Carlotti, we meet with several Cosmetic Surgeons. Dr. Carbert-Carlotti put my daughter and me at ease during our initial consultation. I became a patient of the Carlotti's 5 years ago for a breast augmentation. Dr Albert and Dr Michelle removed my horrible saline implants and replace them with silicone implants under the muscle, in addition to full face laser resurfacing. The experience was wonderful and the results exceeded my expections! My scars are virtually invisible and the texture of my skin has been restored, taking years off my appearance! I have recommended countless family members and friends to the Carlotti's! There is no other surgeon I would recommend!

I have to say these two Doctors are by far the best, most impressive surgeons I have a). Consulted with and b). Actually had surgery with. Not only have I personally had two surgeries done by them. I would do those two again if I had to based on the experience I had. However, I wouldn't need to because I have never been more happy with my two procedures! I have been to multiple surgeons for consults over years, looking into doing these procedures... But was too scared they wouldn't turn out as desired. I can honestly say these two doctors have changed my life. I could not be happier with how they have touched my life and made me feel! I will continue any elective surgeries i choose to do in the future and will recommend them over any! Dualed degreed surgeons who have commuted their live to this? Yes please! Sorry but those two are the ONLY ones I will allow to cut through this skin! I admit it... I'm a Carlotti snob!
