I am male. During my initial exam he asked me if I was sexually active. I thought this was odd for a sleep doctor. Then he asked me if I was heterosexual or homosexual. I have to question what this has to do with sleep apnea.

Hard to get a visit with him. When you do, it’s like an assembly line. He tries to get you out and doesn’t listen to what you say. He is only focused on the readings from the CPAP machine. Told him I’m still having dreams with the machine. Told me that wasn’t the case and was only happening when I didn’t wear the machine. Husband confirmed several nights later when he woke me up from a bad dream. Wrote Dr Javaheri about it through My Chart and got no response. Told the doctor my nose was getting stopped up when I wore the mask and that I was suffocating. He didn’t address because the readings from the CPAP machine are all that counts. The company they use for the supplies, Cornerstone, is very disorganized too. Consequently, I changed doctors.

I found him to be charming and from what I am told he is world renowned. He got me the help I needed with out being rude- tumbs up
