Pretty simple, I have had just about every dental procedure done, known to man. Because of bad experiences in Calgary, I fly to Victoria to Dr Mackenzie every time I need dental work done because that's how important it is to me.

I was experiencing pain in a tooth. I told him I thought it was a cavity. He assured me it wasn't and a year later I had to get a root canal on the tooth. He filed down my teeth to "straighten" them and chipped two of them. They are now cracking up the enamel. There are longstanding issues from having Dr. McKenzie as my dentist that I'm still dealing with. My whole family had poor experiences with him and we all have left his practice
