Dr. Sullivan works with me on my health. He offers great advice but allows for my knowledge of my own body. He has done the same for my son. I feel very comfortable that I'm getting the best care available.

After years with Dr Sullivan, things have changed. His practice has gotten so popular, he no longer has the time to spend with you. You get 15 mins. but when he stands up and heads for the door, consider it time to stop talking. Front office staff are horrible. His past front office girl is gone and so the office has crumbled. Referrals never get done or they are forgotten. Mistakes are made. Phones are not answered even during business hours. Are you really that busy? I'm ready to switch doctors.

Office staff is very rude and not companionate. The office is dirty. Don't ever use their bathroom. His assistant, not sure if it's his rn or ma but she's trashy looking, dirty in manner. I've been told that his wife is the office manager and I've seen her and she's just as fake as they can get. She lies and makes things up as if the dr himself is telling her to say this. It's quite a trip. I will never return to this mess of a "business." Id rather sit at an urgent care for 5 hours than spend 20 minutes at this office. BE WARNED!

Excellent doctor .his staff is very accomadating. .Dr Sullivan takes the time to listen to you about your health issues..and provides you with the information do you can understand. .if you have other issues he will referr you to someone else. I had three appointments, the staff kept canceling them. Every time I would walk in the staff seemed uninterested in helping me, but would be very friendly in helping other people that came in after me. The doc himself is okay, he seemed to talk a lot which is okay I guess, but after my recent visit it seemed he could have cared less about what I was complaining about which is why I refuse to go back. His wife likes to create fake accounts on review websites to leave positive reviews. You can tell by the way these profile have little to no reviews under their belt but the one for him. If you people spent as much time improving the staff and the doctor himself than you do creating fake profiles, you would have people leaving REAL positive reviews. To put it plainly, they suck. There has to be a reason you will see numerous reviews saying the doctor is poor and his staff is horrible.

My family and I have all been seeing Dr. Sullivan for years now. He's a great doctor who cares more than most and is always willing to go above and beyond. He's brilliant and kind…a combination you don't often find in doctors. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a new PCP and everyone loves him.

Doctor is never sure what he is doing has made many mistakes with my familydont waste your time

I have been seeing Dr Sullivan now for roughly 5-6 years. He is very knowledgeable but if he is ever unsure about something like a medication, uses his phone to look up side effects and if it can interact with his prescriptions. He has only referred me for specialty reasons to other doctors such as neurologists (since I have seizures), ear nose throat specialist (as I had 3 or so ear infections in a year) and a dermatologist (for skin rash). His staff works well with you too as most of my appointments are in the morning and I live on the west side and he is all the way on Scottsdale rd and Osborn. So with the heavy traffic in the morning I sometimes am late and they work with me. Love this office :)

Staff set up an appointment and canceled only a few hours later. I am healthy other than having been in a recent accident and Dr. Sullivan was highly recommended by family and friends. The staff said - over the phone - that because I was a new patient and had been in a recent accident they did not want to see me. I have my own insurance which they accept and they still refused me. Horrible office staff and I would suggest steering clear of them altogether. Bad experience. They could not even recommend another doctor. Dr. Sullivan may be great, but how would I ever know?

The person who said Dr Sullivan refers to other doctors because he's afraid to make decisions, is full of B.S.Dr Sullivan has gone as far to look up my meds on his phone. He wants the best for his patients. He's prompt, compassionate, the staff is friendly, and he always takes the time to answer questions and sit and talk to you. He's very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. Best doc I've had.
