This place is absolutely horrible!! They cant even treat you like a person!

Front desk staff rarely answer the phone. I dont have a problem with the doctors, but if no one answers the phone I cant make an appointment. And there always seem to be more front desk staff than any other clinic. Are they not properly trained? They shouldnt be that slow if the graduated MOA school

Be aware, their website states that they perform IUD insertions; however, I found out after booking and attending an appointment that the clinic does not offer that service. I was told to use the Women’s YQR Centre instead.

I went in for a pain on my lower right abdomen. He pushed on my left side and told me I was either pregnant or just upset stomach. He then told me they closed in 15 min and didn’t have time to take my temperature. Told me to go home and sleep. 5 hours later I was rushed into emergency to get my appendix taken out. He was rude, no idea what he’s talking about and flat out does not care about his patients. This doctor should lose his license.

Dr. Izekor is honestly the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He is rude and careless. Not once, but twice he was supposed to book me in to see specialists and he just didn’t. One time I waited to see him and could hear him in the next room yelling at someone over the phone about his car being towed for over an hour while he had a waiting room completely full of patients. Should not even have a license.

Dr. Izekor should have his licence taken away. I've had many dealings with him and all have been absolutely horrible. He makes me feel stupid every time I go in there and is very quick to yell and scream at me.

Unpleasant front desk staff. Glass up around the front counter. You would think a large waiting room and receptionist answering phones would be noisy. You are a health card not a person. When you book an appointment to see your family doctor it randomly puts you with any doctor. Clinic charges for absolutely everything. Staff is like a revolving door way. You need to higher the proper number of staff and pay to retain staff. Never had a problem with sent referrals but have recently. People's health matter so accuracy is important but change over of staff gives a larger opportunity for this to happen.

First impression upon entering, yikes! Just grungy looking. Staff look so unfriendly, and not professional. Just sets the tone for a bad experience, other than a couple of quite good doctors in there. I do not like going there unless I have to. The doors are dirty and the disability door buttons don’t work at the front door.

Dr udoh so loud that the other patients will know your problem. Very unprofessional .
