i saw dr mullhuland about 10 yrs ago. he started the consultation by insulting my figure, he called it rubenesque. i was so shocked and hurt i immediately lost my trust with him. i listened to what he had to say but was very happy to exit his office , and guess what i never went back..........lol. his wife has had so much plastic surgery you can't even tell what nationality he is. i am also a health care professional and his comment was mean and unprofessional.if i ever talked to a patient like that i would have been fired, im only sorry i didn't report him to his college , OCPS . His demeanour was entitled and arrogant . i am now booked for a full facelift next week with dr phillip solomon and i am so happy i found a descent person.!!!!!

I can not say enough about the extraordinary care that I received from Dr. Bell and the staff at SpaMedica. My nurse Yolanda gave me such personal care, warmth and reassurance whenever I came for my appointment and the day of my procedure. I suffered an infection on my face that left me a deep scar on my right side of my face. I consulted with several plastic surgeons about repairing my face and it was Dr. Bell who spent a great deal of time with me and explained what options I had available to repair the scar. I ended up having a face life and I could not be more pleased with the results. No-one could have known that I had a face lift yet everyone comments on how great I look and cant believe my age when I tell them. Just recently I went back for more fat graphing where the scar once was and again, I am just thrilled with the results. I cannot recommend the staff and Dr. Bell highly enough and I suggest that if anyone is considering plastic surgery of any kind, to make an appointment to see Dr. Bell and his team, like me, you will be thrilled with the results.

Horrible place, left me damaged from blepharoplasty in 2020, 3 years of suffering that’s didn’t end yet. Don’t get close to that place, dr mulholland is the only good one there, but Apparently he retired.

I had two bad procedures, mircoblading tattoo removal and the worst one was the Morpheus8 treatment. The lady who did my tattoo removal took a section of my actual eyebrow off and because of the Morpheus treatment, I now have indents (divot) in my cheek which is clearly fat loss. They also did botox less than 24 hrs before the Morpheus which I later found out no other clinics do (they safely wait 2 weeks) because the botox can move to where you don't want it.

I have been a patient of Spa Medica in Toronto for over 2 years now and even though I live quite a distance away from the clinic, I wouldn't trust my treatments to any other clinic. I have had different modalities with Helena and she is absolutely amazing! I Always feel safe and taken care of by her. I always feel that I am getting the best treatment. I got breast augmentation surgery at Spa Medica 6 weeks ago. Dr. Mulholland did an amazing job! I am so happy with the results! The sizing he suggested was perfect! I was also lucky enough to have my procedure done before the lockdown. I had to wait to get the procedure done due to the pandemic but it was so worth it. So far I've had 3 post operative appointments with Sharon. She is absolutely amazing! She is super friendly and professional. She let me know what to expect and provided me with very clear instructions on post care. I am so happy with my results! My breasts look and feel amazing! I feel so confident! This has been something I've wanted to do for over 10 years. Thank you to Dr. Mulholland, Sharon and the staff at Spa Medica for making this experience so wonderful!

Horrible first experience with Spa Medica I chose to go elsewhere due to a lack of organization and customer service. Had a consult for Sculptra and was told the product needed to be mixed 24 hrs prior to injection so let the girl booking know so she could inform the doctor so the mixture could be prepared. Booked the appointment for the following week after the consult and was very clear about flatting the doctor know it was booked for that day so he could have enough time to prepare it. Multiple emails and phone called to confirm my appointment and I stressed it every time to make sure the mixture would be ready. Arrived for my appointment and they had me scheduled for a completely different procedure !! When I wouldn’t sign the form because that wasn’t my procedure they seemed bewildered. I told them very clearly I was there for Sculptra and had booked it very clearly the week before. Needless to say they did not have the solution ready. Also as they did not offer a formal quote at the consult just simply said 3 sessions suddenly they tell me the price is 3xs the price of anywhere else 😮. Horrendous customer service I would not trust them at all.

I highly recommend Spamedica. Not only are the staff very friendly and caring they are so accommodating. From my initial visit meeting with Lola at the front desk she always has a smile on her face and is sooooo welcoming, to my consult with Audrey who was amazing she was honest and did not try and sell me on anything and then to meeting and doing my final consult with Dr. Mulholland who is beyond professional and extremely honest. After my procedure YOLANDA AND SHERRI have taken the best care of me. They are so gentle and caring and make you feel like you're with one of the girls.
