Beautiful Clinic and well maintained. Everyone are very Friendly.

I've been a patient here since they first opened. I can't comment on the other doctors as Dr Blackadar is my sole Physician. Dr Blackadar has always been encouraging acting more as a guide and letting you take command of your own healthcare. I have not had any bad experiences here. I legit missed an appointment so I had to pay a fee. Its not like their policies are hidden. I've always been polite to the reception and they've always been polite to me. Realize that there are only two people answering two lines for the whole office (with multiple doctors) so you can expect some difficulty getting through to make appointments. This is by far my biggest gripe. That and the fact they do not offer an after-hours patient clinic. Its unfortunate that the reception takes the brunt of the negativity from some patients. There have been numerous times were I have been waiting and another patient comes in, cranky and demands some immediate assistance. The entire North needs more medical funding and has for a long time as its more likely to be the cause of some people's bad experiences.

My experience as a former patient here was terrible. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional, insensitive and condescending. Numerous times while I was there you could hear the receptionists gossiping about patients WITH the doctors revealing private and personal medical information which is ILLEGAL. I felt so degraded going there and will never go back. Don't even bother calling, you'll receive a faster response through Canada post.

Doctor is a condescending jerk that thinks that she is better than everyone and is rarely there. Patient privacy is not respected. They were rushing all of the patients out of the clinic so that they could lock the front doors for lunch - so unprofessional.

General Practitioners of Family Medicine there. BEWARE. Irresponsible. Immoral. Played games. Receptionists shockingly rude almost *every* single time, especially Sandra, Office Manager. Fake website. Watch Doctors, N.S.M.C. not posting doctors who practice there. You are your own best advocate for your health - demand it there, they will kill you. They do not listen. Zero compassion. Creates P.T.S.D. in patients. Fake absences. Illegal stunts. Refuses out of town referrals to other specialists. Dr. Aimee Louise Laronde, you laughed at me during a COVID patient phone call while I was dying. Attempted murder charges need pressed for the long stemming, brutal health care you "provided" me with. Zero apologies by You. I was dropped like a HOT PLATE. By You as your Patient - out of your practice, FOR NO REASON, while I'm trying to heal from major surgeries that -ONE- saved my life. All during an extreme time of need, You insult me. Belittle me. How does this woman come out of a maternity leave just to "fire" me as a patient of another Doctor (Dr. Danielle Anne Nelson- temporary fill in during her Maternity leave), then hide back in maternity leave? I have survived 594 days so far. I am lucky that I breath! I still require help. I am left with zero Doctors BECAUSE OF YOU, Aimee. Your failure, has me suffering for life. T.U.C.A. Aimee Laronde. Reception is completely rude - if you can reach them. Doctors at the clinic do not follow the professional guidelines set out by the CPSO. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR HEALTH! Receptionists are rude, condescending, and arrogant. They gave the wrong time for an appointment. When I arrived 8 minutes early (7 minutes late by their 'appointment time'), I was refused the appointment. Then I get a bill for $25.00. Hey! One of your doctors ordered a $42.00 prescription for a medication that I DO NOT NEED! Wrong condition DR EDIE! Are you going to pay it back??? Complaint filed with OMA. Can't complain to 'manager...'Barbara'. To get her, you have to go through the receptionists who will tell you she is busy...call back. <Click>

Wonderful staff and doctors. I have two young kids and I’m always met with patience and understanding. Dr. Giordano is fantastic.

I should be able to get a copy of a document in my medical record without the doctor’s permission. The doctor should be so busy that they don’t even have time to require permission for a copy of a medical record document. Administrative assistants here are unbelievably rude.

During COVID-19, all reputable health systems sent information and instructions to their patients but Northern Shores patients received nothing. Northern Shores was completely silent during a time when medical leadership and guidance was needed. I received more information about COVID-19 from non-medical companies than I received from my own medical office.
