I just came from Holly Medical walk in clinic that I has an appointment at 3:00 p.m. and it was 3:45 and no doctor was available to see me, There was only one doctor working in the whole clinic and a few patients waiting for a long time, I cancel the appointment and walk out . Will advise OHIP know about this just to make sure that no charge was done for my supposed appointment.

Phoned ahead to ensure my 82 year old ailing mother could be seen at drop in and was advised this was fine. Arrived at 3:45 and left at 6 pm. The last hour there were clearly no other patients being seen and just doctors/staff talking in another room. Was assured she would be seen and seemed obvious they were just waiting us out. Will let OHIP know of our experience. ARGH!!!!!!

Very rude staff. Trying to reach for last 2 days, holding more than 45 minutes each time but no response. Patients are visiting this clinic just because of few good doctors, otherwise we should not go clinic because of rude and insulting behaviors' from staff. No respect, no smile, no happy faces

I have been going to this clinic more than a year. I had no problem so far. Staff are very helpful and nice. I have seen few doctors and they are amazing specially Dr Velez is the best, she listens your problems and tries to help as much as she can. She is no rush when it comes to listen to you.

This place is NOT a Walk In Clinic! I fractured my shoulder so arrived before they opened to be 1st in line. Reception finally opened the window and told me and the lady behind me that they were only taking appointments and if I wanted to go home and show up around 10am someone might be able to see me. What a joke when she wouldn’t even put me on top of the List to return at 10am. I went elsewhere bc there are much better True Walk In Clinics in Milton. They don’t even have WiFi to work while you sit their in pain for hours!

I recently had a terrible experience at Holly Medical Clinic. The staff were incredibly rude and accused me of lying repeatedly. I informed them several times that I was exempt from paying for a TB skin test because it was required for my university. However, they charged me $80, claiming that I was lying about needing it for university and that I actually needed it for work. Despite having a form from the university stating that I needed the test for academic purposes, the staff at Holly Medical Clinic refused to believe me and made me feel humiliated and insignificant. Even my doctor seemed to take the staff's side and did nothing to address their behavior. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would caution anyone considering using this clinic to do their own research when told to pay out of pocket for services. It's clear that the front staff's knowledge is lacking, and their attitude towards patients is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The doctors are all wonderful and take the time for you, however the receptionists are absolutely horrid people. People who go there because they are not feeling well and to be spoken to by the receptionist is unacceptable. Reminder they chose this position they should know what and who they are dealing with.

This clinic is an absolute joke. The receptionist is extremely rude. The worst experience I have ever had. I have no idea how they get away with treating their patients horribly. A receptionist told us yesterday that you can come in tomorrow and do not need an appointment, and we close at four. When we arrived at the clinic at 2:30, the receptionist told us that "patient volume requires us not to accept any more patients." (There was only one patient in the waiting area). After we asked about the phone call and what to do in the future to ensure we see a doctor, the receptionist showed attitude, refused to answer our question, closed the screen, and walked away. While walking out, the lady before me told me that the receptionist didn't want to take her as a patient because she was disabled.
