Jennifer Lachance Clinic Hammonds Plains

I love going to Dr. Lachance, she has been my Dr. for almost ten years now, when i can get in to see her, she is always professional, knows my history, always very informative and knowledgeable. However, the office staff on the front desk are not professional, phones are never answered, sometimes seem rude. I tried for hours to call for two days to get my appointment, then when I needed to reschedule it, it took me hours to even get through, never answer the phone, it keeps going to their voicemail when it says they are open. I find this unprofessional.
