I had always liked my physician; however, I often had issues with how disorganized her receptionist is. I had to call and request blood work requisitions several times after the doctor wanted me to get blood work. Each time the receptionist would apologize for not printing or sending, she “got so busy and forgot.” This is unacceptable. The icing on the cake was when I received a letter in the mail from cancer care since my physician never heard from me. When I got to the bottom of it, it turns out the receptionist “completely forgot” to call me to book an appointment with the GP regarding the test results. Now that the physician has left the practice, I will no longer deal with this facility.

My family have been patients here for years. The reception staff were always rude and unfriendly, they lack compassion. We always liked our physical however when she left the clinic we received a letter notifying us that we'd have to move our medical records as there were no other physicians at the clinic taking patients. Two months after the request they still hadn't transferred the records and then I finally received a bill for $15.00 to transfer the records. This is a nominal cost but one additional task to complete after having to go and find a new family doctor. In addition when I called to pay it reception was rude and advised of a specific location to e-transfer the $15.00. This fee would make a lot of sense if we were choosing to leave the clinic however our doctor left the practice of medicine and we weren't given the option to stay. From a customer service standpoint I don't think a fee for transfer makes sense in this instance. I'd recommend finding a clinic that cares about their patients.

The reception staff are rude and uncaring. If you have any choice of where to find a physician, I would not go there if you are going to see very new and inexperienced Dr. Trevor Meredith
