Rosewood medical clinic

I would sincerely like to thank the rosewood clinic for the excellent and professional care they have given my husband and yesterday my daughter whom is expecting . My spouse had the best of care as a walk in client and also follow up. Everything done was thorough and he was extremely happy. My daughter has been ill for a month and after her appt yesterday we finally feel hopeful she will get better. Thank you for everything you do as healthcare is so challenging right now and family dr are less available you are meeting the needs. We are very grateful!!

My husband and I are very happy especially with Dr. Mohammed Mohammed. He’s very patient and tries to help us out each time we go there. The staff are sometimes brisk, but they are busy.

The front staff taking calls should all be dismissed. Should not have to be put on hold for half an hour or longer every time we phone. Our doctor is fantastic but the disrespectful staff should be shown the door. Very unsatisfied

I can’t say enough about this clinic. They’re very accommodating, even if you can’t get to see your doctor, you can typically see someone else. Every doctor I’ve seen there , has been very good. I do highly recommended this clinic and the doctors.

Very busy clinic but in my experience moves along smoothly.

A terrible experience each time. Dr. Mohammed Mohammed has his mind somewhere else, not on his patient. Sends me for a test which later he seems to have no knowledge of?? He seems to be very confused. Very unfortunate because initially I liked him. Something happened.

This place is all for profit not patient care, but with the alarming rate of doctors retiring/closing practices what are we supposed to do. I waited 3 hours for a booked appointment, dr didn't even come see me just had the NP tell me to get lost as I don't have a family doctor. I was offered the option of a meet and greet for a doctor 3 months away, this wont help me with my current issue right now. So sad what has happened in this country.

If I could rate lower then a 1 I would. Went in to get my foot checked for a possible break, was sent for xrays and told they would have results by morning. I took the next day off work to go in for the results first thing and got told "They haven't come in yet, that is for one of two reasons. One: a more important/pressing xray came up and yours got bumped. Two: It hasn't come in yet, we will contact you when it does, should be no more then a couple days, worst case by Monday. This was Thursday July 4 2024, as of writing this Friday August 9 2024 there has still been absolutely ZERO contact made from anyone at this clinic. Patient care? Don't make me laugh, I will NOT go to this clinic again, nor will I recommend anyone goes to them.

Appointment was booked, waited an hr and a half. 45 mins in the room. Nurse had to email the dr as she didn’t know where he was at. Came in and out 10 mins. Not impressed
