They are very rude . I took my 75 yr old mother for an assessment and she can’t speak English I have to be there with her for translation. I’m 38 weeks old pregnant and I have 3 yr old kid. They didn’t allow my kid in there . They were very rude to immigrants and look at the skin colour. I been here in Calgary and never treated this way. Few staffs in the front and nurses and technicians are terrible. We traveled to get here for half an hour and payed for one hour parking . They told me to cancel appointment reschedule it and specially they said don’t bring the kid. Worst people to there in the public health system

Staff appears unable to make an appointment for more than one thing at a time. This means two visits, each taking two hours and paying two outlandish parking charges. Very inconvenient.
