C-era Clinic

This clinic has appalling telephone service. I have left at least 8 messages and they have not returned my calls over a period of three weeks. Whenever you call you get the answering machine, never a person

Just had my first appointment - office was very clean, staff all very friendly, and appointment was right on time. Appears to be a very well-run and professional office!

Dr Nanji was very kind and considerate with me, explained many details of my health and treatment and medications, many doctors do not want to take the time to do that for their patients. The clinic is very clean and sanitized. Their nurses and reception staff treats you with respect and they too explained clearly to me how their procedure is to be followed. I will definitely recommend Dr Nanji's clinic in Calgary for your health and wellness.

Extremely rude doctor. He scheduled a holler monitor test for me, but I cancelled it because I couldn’t face a second round of his condescending dismissive attitude. Received a follow-up call a day later asking what the problem was. The response when I explained: “Oh, he’s a trained gerontologist, he’s like that with older patients.” Actually, last I checked, there was not one single trained cardiologist at the clinic. What!?

I am a patient there. Recieved 3 calls from clinic to book follow up appoint while away on holiday. upon returning i called several times and left 3 messages to try and book a follow-up. They did not answer their messages as in the middle of leaving messages they called the clinic I attend to get me to call for a follow up. I ended up making a special trip to the C-era (an hour round trip) to get an appointment. The young girl I spoke to couldn't have cared less. Very poor booking system. Why not assign the messages to one of the booking clerks. This had happened to me previously in the spring. I can't imagine the frustration in a very elderly patient.

Very rude staff! Wasn’t impressed with the Doctor either. Will be asking my Doctor to refer me to a differant clinic.

Kelly who was doing the ECG and Treadmill was excellent and Dr Nanji was very sharp and experience in reading the numbers and making decision.......very promising cardiovascular clinic and I am very confident with the staffs

The front staff are very friendly! I was nervous going there as I’m not a fan of doctors offices they brought out the therapy dog and she calmed me right down! The nurse was super friendly and easy going! The doctor wasn’t the best but overall my experience was good
