Well presented and clean Reception area on arrival. Very welcoming. I met my new Dr for the first time since moving from Auckland and I am very happy. Very thorough with her Consultation and ver caring.

Nurse refused request for support person to come in and pulled aged patient physically into a room and shut door in support persons face. Shocking. No apologies when complained, practice manager sided with nurses.

Shocking receptionists. Won't even answer the phones and when they do. They don't do anything right. Want an appointment. Turn up .The doctor ain't even there. That day. Have to wait till the week after. Want a prescription. Haven't even put it through to the doctor. When you ring them . They don't answer the phone. Recommend not to go to this medical center.
