Highly knowledgeable about conventional, holistic, and complimentary medicine. Extremely compassionate and whole-person affirming. Excellent at mental health support and supporting trauma recovery. Non judgmental and inclusive. Can recommend yoga, food, recipes, tea, or other treatments like moxa, acupressure, and breathing exercises. Able to help pregnant moms and people in all life stages. Overall inspirational and greatly supported healing from my chronic autoimmune disorder. A MD said this disorder would never go away but Gururas has made it manageable. This is only a small bit of all of the positive things I have to say about Gururas, Nam Joti, and the SHCA clinic.

This was my first ever experience with acupuncture. I was always scared to try it, but my sciatica had gotten so bad I was desperate for relief. Dr. Gururas Khalsa is very nice, caring, knowledgeable, and gentle. Not only did the pain from my sciatica improve, she also got rid of a pain in my arm that now allows me to raise it above my head with no problem. She makes you feel very comfortable; on the second visit I felt as if I'd been her patient for years. I am now officially hooked on acupuncture and its benefits and will continue to see Dr. Gururas Khalsa for a very long time.

I am so happy I have found Gururas and Seminole Heights Community Acupuncture. The vibe when you walk in to the clinic is very warm and zen. I always feel better just walking through the door, knowing I am about to receive great care. Gururas is very thorough and always takes the time to personalize each visit for you. I leave feeling more grounded, energized, and with a sense of clarity. Acupuncture has helped me dramatically on my stress levels, achieving better sleep, and smoking cessation.

GuruRas is the best acupuncturist I have ever seen. She always seems to just know what I need treated without having to ask too many questions. Her treatments are always effective and blissful. She has treated me for several different issues and has honestly changed my life for the better. I highly recommend her as an acupuncturist.
