Dr. Tara & Dr. Metzger do a great job and are very caring and friendly. They work well as a team to get you healed up and back to a pain free life. I came here dealing with some back pain from an auto accident and Adam's knowledge and background treating these types of injuries was very impressive. I have never had acupuncture before but Tara did a great job explaining how it works and using it as part of the treatment is a unique approach and it is very relaxing. I would recommend that if you are dealing with any pain to go and see them.

A spa like atmosphere combined with professional and expert treatment makes Spine and Wellness Center a win win! I have received help for my back, shoulder and knee issues. They listen to you and assess carefully--resulting in gentle and effective treatments. They also helped my daughter who had two herniated discs in her back. I would definitely recommend trying this holistic approach before undergoing more drastic and invasive measures.

AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, to your walking out the door, the time spent in between, is unlike what you will experience anywhere else. The team approach of their highly qualified, passionate, and dedicated staff are certainly a pleasure. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet very professional, as is their entire staff. This was my first visit--honestly, I'm looking very forward to my second.

Dr. Tara and her husband Dr. Metzger, along with their staff were an incredible blessing to work with. I have seen many doctors the past 15 years for medical issues, and they rank as one of the best doctors I have ever worked with thus far. They have hearts of gold and genuinely care for each patient and take an interest in their lives.

Very compassionate staff! My family and I have all been treated here for various needs. Great place to go for major and minor pain or problems. They are great with kids as well as adults. Kind Doctors who genuinely want to help you feel better!
