Dr Bolad is in a hurry each time I see him. He acts like he does not have time for me. I showed him 2 inches of paperwork for several years of treatment and he dismissed it and told me "you don't have what you think you have". He has not been in the least helpful..

Very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Listens and answers any question you may have. All staff are efficient and friendly.

Dr. Bolads office is very busy. Therefore, you get little time to discuss anything with him. This last experience will have me seeking a different office. I was to see the nurse, not the Doctor. As it was explained to me, you only see him every other time. But due a change in my bloodwork, I asked to see him as the nurse could not explain the change. He came in in a real hurry and basically dismissed my questions saying I had nothing to worry about. In essence, wasting his time. The answers I received from the nurse were confusing as if she didnt know. Very mixed messages that did not make me feel comfortable at all. Basically, a factory. In and out. I will seek out a different Doctor after that experience.

Just my opinion: Dr Bolad spends as little time with you as possible, explains nothing, seldom touches you (odd for an R.A. doctor) and doesn't listen to you at all! His answer to everything is more meds, and if you ask him questions about the treatment he talks down to you. I am done with this stuck up doctor. It is too bad because his PA is wonderful! She is kind, thoughtful and compassionate. I will miss her.
