Dr, Debenedictis is very professional , but his staff are really rude people without education , starting at the window, a guy who never smile and has a lot of attitude , Also the 3 girls inside are really unrespectfull ...

My mother is a 91 year old,diabetic woman with COPD,&severe ostheoarthritis.She depends on her home maker & her wheel chair to get arround. She has been seeing Dr.Debenedictics, on a monthly basis,for a number of years.Yesterday,she showed 24 minutes late to her appt. & was turned away. This is the very first time my mother is late. In fact, most of the time she has to wait upwards of 2 hours for the doctor and has never complained.When this happened,the hommaker, asked the staff to plead w the doctor and to explain her situation. Someone went to the back, where he was and later came back stating that the doctor said to re-schedule. While, I am in complete agreement that patients must respect the doctor's time,I also believe that what he did is inhumane, unethical and downright horrible.Im sorry tosee the desintegration of humanity& the lack of empathy in Dr. Debenedictis.Even though you dont need much finess to deal with feet,remember,they are attaached to human beings.
