Please keep away from Dobson nelson dental clinic. I had surgery a year ago now but what happened to my surgery is damaged my nerves from my wisdom tooth surgery and until now my lower chin and lower lips are stil numb and when I ask the doctor for my follow up check up after the surgery they told me that my not be able to come back as normal due to hit the nerves during surgery, It's so sad because until now I'm stil suffering of numbness .

Dr. Dobson has the rare gift of being a consumate professional, being competent, focused and efficient, but at the same time being thoughtful, considerate and upbeat.

I want to add to last comment .. my ex is. a rebound dental surgeon in redder and has had his practice for over 40 years he was so unbelievably IMPRESSED with Dr. Dobsons work ..as the work dr Dobson did is not his specialty.. he told me to tell you outstanding Wk dr. Your prices are outstanding and unheard of your kindness to let people take care of there health and making it affordable with no extra underline charges is unheard ..I’m afraid to say if anyone was to complain about charges they’ve never been to what I’d challenge any dentist before or they are lying..

I am graciously thanking all the staff from walking into office were gracious kind welcoming. Not only that but there was no uncomfortable moment about why I was there and asked me about insurance or how I was paying quite the opposite I asked to pay on my credit card and there was an immediate reply of no we wait until you are taken care of. I was immediately taken to a comfortable open space with as anyone who’s terrified of dentists knows the chair room and fear is in the room ..dr.dobsons clinic is quite the opposite..I was immediately taken care of by incredible nurse who handed me head phones and said if I wanted I could watch Netflix which was on a tv directly above me.. but absolutely not needed without me recognizing because trust me I would have begged for them anywhere else.. Not here Dr. Dobson showed up immediately with an air of confidence and calmness that was overwhelmingly calming . I was getting 6 new teeth. I felt a small pinch on two sides of my mouth and that was it ..unbelievable I’m a chatter when I’m nervous I’m sure anyone in the clinic that day would know me ..But I am not only Grateful for my life changing mouth which I had within 24 hrs as dr Dobson who is not only an amazing dentist dental surgeon .. he is a master craftsman as he specifically made my teeth himself I haven’t had my back 2 molars fit together in almost 40 years but I had a beautiful set for teeth lies than 18 hrs later only because the hand made teeth had to go they a heating process after he had sculptured them to fit perfectly to my jaw line and walk or with a smile I haven’t had since I was 18 …I’m from Calgary I have done my homework here and trust me we have 1000s of dentists .. the price was less than half of anywhere here .. we’ll nakusp you are the luckiest little town which has a guru for a dental surgeon for now .. but your hidden gem won’t be so hidden forever I suggest if you need your teeth done nakusp go now because your new dr to town will be booked months in advance when word gets out ..Calgary will be running out there and this feed goes quick …see you soon I’m coming out for my clean and bringing a friend in September..thank you all again nakusp dentistry sincerely samantha

I have visited Dr. Dobson twice. The first time he removed a tooth and the second time he fixed a couple fillings. The doctor was punctual, I didn’t have to wait around for my appointment and he was fast and effective while I was in the chair. My teeth feel great and I HIGHLY recommend his work.

I brought my son in for the second time todsy and same as last time we got him frozen and then he refused to open his mouth
This doctor was amazing and so patient
After he got the freezing in he let my son pick a prize from his special treasure chest and he came back with a Lego set !!!
